2012 is here

And when was it that I started this blog? It was exactly 2 years ago. Yes, 2 freakin' years..... I remember living in Copenhagen and wishing to enjoy the city a little bit more so that was why I made this blog, to post about cool cafes, bars, galleries and my life in general.

Seeing where I am now makes me want to cry out loud. Where did this self-enjoying, fun, free person go? I feel so locked up in this place where it snows like hell as the way it did in Copenhagen in 2010's winter. I cannot get out or go home. It sucks. Just sucks. Although I am a corporal now and I am not as low-ranked as I was back then, it still is pain in my rear. I know that this experience will help me in the future but still I don't think this is the coolest thing to do. I've got lots of things I want to do out there and what am I doing here? Making coffee and getting trained to be a good soldier, and to be more concise, the battalion commander's signalman. 2 years is a long time and I think I could have done lots of things instead. Well since I am already here and my complaints don't have any power I have decided to just study and read a lot because those are the only things that will be left over after my service is finished. :(

What do I want to do in 2012? To finish the service safely, and get back to school. Simple, specific, divine. Period.

Oh, I am also wishing for my family's happiness as well. My friends too.

Anna's Birthday party!

It was our Swedish girl Anna's birthday party. So I met up with Arthur and biked to Østerbro. It was quite a long ride, but since it was warm and not raining, it was okay. :)
When we got there, there were already a lot of people and she had prepared the drinks and cake. That white cake with strawberries in the picture is Anna's art work. ummm sooooo good. And Kathrin also made the chocolate cake and it was also veeeery good. I probably ate like 2 pieces of each.... gosh ...... going to Fitness.dk doesn't really work if I keep eating like this . lol

Louisiana Museum... Great as always

I've been so busy and just running around, and don't really know what I've done. It feels like I didn't do anything that special but I just feel so exhausted and like I've been through so much. So to clear my mind, and since my friend Wing is in CPH from London, we decided to go to Louisiana.

Located in Humlebaek, Louisiana Museum boasts its variety of modern art collection and  the great view over the ocean. You get to walk into a small ordinary looking house, and from there starts the great journey. The way you walk into every different buildings is designed to experience and appriciate each architectural style and its great blending balance with the surrounding environment is absolutely mesmerizing.

It is sad that I don't have lots of photos of the museum but I will find it out of my hard disk driver and upload it soon. :)
